As always, this management company is approaching the Restaurant business with wisdom and grace. Always offering high-quality foods, the no tip model, which makes so much more sense than underpaying your employees and really it's just a more pleasurable honest experience. Does the quality of this hamburger match sugarfish or uovo? No. But it's still quite good and I will go back if I'm in the area.

Based on the glazed bun and the near-perfect ratio of condiments, this burger harkens back to the Hollywood nostalgia of Hamburger Hamlet.

One of the best burgers in La. Great balance of flavor. Best tasting meat hands down. Wagyu Best bun. The Best fries I've ever had! Perfectly cooked and seasoned. The shakes are incredible too. Madagascar vanilla and valrhona chocolate. The customer service is awesome as well. I wish there were more locations.

Absolutely delicious cheeseburger!!! One of the best. Ok homemade fries. Small dining area. Everything cooked to order so can take a minute but well worth it. And they validate parking!

The burgers are perfection. Like a different In n Out thats slightly thicker patties and medium rare. Always made the same in that reliable way. I would give them 5 stars for their burgers.. even more of I could. The issue is that their fries are garbage. They are always too cooked.. always brown.. too greasy. Never LIGHT and crispy. I come here a couple times a month. Every once in a while I think maybe they changed the fries and give it another shot. But no. But still the Hiho burger has me coming back. Ultra simple soda selection is perfect as well. That fries sauce thats a buck fifty or two extra is also bombb. The Caesar salad is solid. Please make some solid fries. Also the place is clean.. workers are nice... ambiance is chill.

HiHo was very good. Ordered one fries 2 burgers and 2 shakes it took about 15 minutes. The burgers are very tasty being well and properly seasoned. The sweet pickle is a nice touch. They are a little messy. Fries are crispy and good. Shakes are a tiny bit salty. Overall very good. It cost $46.00 so I do not find this to be $$. I found it to be $$$.

This is my first time trying this place. This is probably one of the best milkshakes and burgers I've ever had like anywhere in Los Angeles. This place is fantastic. I would highly recommend. I'll probably even get some later this week. I can only speak for what I had, but the hot pastrami sandwich is probably one of the best things if not sandwiches I've had like ever 10/10

First, our Enterprise Car rental guy highly recommended this place for great burgers....he was definitely right....they have great burgers! He also suggested parking in the parking garage right next to it. The garage has security! We ordered two different burgers to share. The Big Matty & The Willie Mae. Note: if you are a sauce gal like me, get extra Matty Sauce! It is delicious! We noticed several business groups eating together. You could tell they ate there often. They knew exactly what to order and sat right down in their usual spots. Their comfort with the staff, the menu, and the seating made the entire experience feel like a hometown diner. Without the greasy spoon!!! We asked the staff for some tourist suggestions. They pointed us toward several places they enjoy. All of their tips were glorious! Be sure to stop here for a hearty lunch! Food is great, the place is super clean, and the staff is top notch perfection! So glad Sam sent us to them! Most Sincerely!!!

Hi ho hi ho off to get cheeseburgers we go...every single week of this pandemic! I've spent most of my money on the double cheeseburger well done with no onion jam and a side of fries. So far out of my 100 visits (slightly exaggerated), they've only messed up my order once. And when that happened, they made up for it by fixing my meal and giving me a free key lime pie (which was a solid dessert option). Parking is in building right next to it which is free for the first 15 minutes. Once time I did get locked out because the door to the garage was randomly locked and I had to wait for a car to come up to make the gate open.

HiHo Cheeseburger is one of the most underrated and under appreciated burger spots in LA. All the hamburgers at HiHo are 100% grass-fed wagyu. HiHo is a non-tipping establishment according to their website which is always nice. However, many folks on here complain about the 6% service fee used to fund their operations. Frankly, I much rather pay 6% than have to tip 20%. It's really a win-win in my opinion. What we ordered: -Pastrami Heat $13.95 -Kids' Cheeseburger $6.95 -The Willie Mae $10.95 -From-Scratch Fries $4.95 I've been to the Santa Monica location, but this was my first time visiting the Mid-Wilisire location. We were in the neighborhood down the street visiting the Peterson Automative Museum and we wanted to eat somewhere good close by. Having been to HiHo before in Santa Monica. I recommended to my wife and son that we eat here if they were in the mood for a delicious hamburger. I ordered the Pastrami Heat as it was very tempting getting an opportunity to try the world's only grass-fed wagyu Pastrami. I can't think of another place in LA offering grass-fed wagyu pastrami and LA is a pretty big Pastrami city no less. The Pastrami Heat was a very good burger. It was cooked perfectly and had some nice heat thanks to their spicy onions. The burger is a little bit on the smaller side, but its worth the price because its so good. The wife got The Willie Mae and it was very good as she let me try a few bites. It was good fried chicken sandwich. We both wish it has a bit more spice as we were told it was a bit spicy and we both love spicy fried chicken sandwiches. I hope they can come up a spicer version of The Willie Mae. All in all it was good sandwich. Our son got the Kid's Cheeseburger and he likes it, but he liked fries even more. No surprise there! The fries are seasoned well and are pretty good, but portion size for nearly $5 is a bit less than it should. I understand having a smaller burger because it's grass-fed wagyu, but potatoes are not grass-fed. Why are French fries so expensive? Overall, it was great lunch and we'll come back to HiHo again.
